Storage compartment
Good morning all,
A quick question about the storage compartment at the front of the jet ultra 300x.
It takes a little water when the water comes from above.
I guess it closes badly.
Is there a way to fix it? The seal is in very good condition and is very flexible.
I think the "body" part does not close well.
Another question, I saw that there is a drain plug but I did not dare to touch it.
Can I remove it easily and above all, put it back easily?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Have a good day.

I've tried adjusting the latch pin down lower to try to pull the door down tighter, but no luck.
If you find a solution let us know.
Does your storage bin have a drain plug? I haven't seen that.

Add another rubber seal to the perimeter on the top-side.
Home Depot has just what you need.

I did not dare to remove the plastic "cap" for fear of breaking it or not being able to put it back in place.
Not easy to find the parts here. So I act with caution

I thought you were talking about the removable black bin. I do get a little water in the lower section, but a quick wipe with a paper towel solves that. When riding in rough water I get quite a bit of water in the removable bin, even in the fire extinguisher compartment.
I've thought of adding another seal, but keep forgetting about it until I go riding.

Yes yes, I am talking about the same bin.
And indeed there is very little water in the lower section.
