Supercharger maintenant

This is the rookie of the day.

After several years of renting jets, I just bought a 2012 ultra 300x with 40 hours.

I hope to be able to put it in the water on Sunday after the baby's registration

I am in Dubai so the administrations are open on Sundays

Small technical question.

I found this as an explanation for the maintenance of the supercharger.



I admit that I was not informed by the seller and I discovered this operation by reading the maintenance book.

Which oil should I inject?

Welcome aboard, wagsjet!

Any fogging oil will do. Kawasaki and the other PWC manufacturers market their own brand. StaBil and others also sell it.

No, do not use WD40. WD40 is more like a solvent. Use a fogging oil. And don't over fog the SC! JB

This guy has had good luck with it. Over 400 hours on his Kawasaki Ultra-300 using WD-40 to fog his supercharger.

That’s correct, I have always used WD-40 from day one! 480+ hrs no complaints here. Best of luck with your purchase, you will love that ski.

STA-BIL (22001) Fogging Oil

Someone posted about a certain brand of Fogging Oil - where the tube was too fat (OD) to fit into the fogging port on the Kawasaki Ultra SC'd skis.

You may have to be "creative" to get that tube inserted into the port or if that does not work try Billy's 400+ hour "proven" recommendation (WD-40).
