MaptunerX now supports Ski-Doo 850 N/A and 850 Turbo
Maptun recently released support of tuning and diagnostics for Ski-Doo 850 N/A and the brand new Ski-Doo 850 Turbo snowmobile.
This is a HUGE launch since the Ski-Doo 850 2-stroke hasn’t been able to tune before.

First out: Ski-doo 850 E-TEC and 850 E-TEC Turbo
Months of development are coming to an end. We have been performing several different tests with the Ski-Doo 850 E-TEC N/A and 850 E-TEC Turbo in different environments. Calibrations has been verified both in dyno and in field by our ambassadeurs.
Watch our promo video and instructions on our YouTube Channel!
(videos will be published during 15th of january)
Please note that programming E-TEC-models will require 01-MT013/3 cable + Ski-Doo Bypass Cable 01-MT031. Get it here!
Ski-Doo 850 E-TEC 2017- Stage 1 – Only tuning software.
Delivers 172 hp on the crankshaft with peak power at 7800rpm.
Recommended to be used with adjusted clutch kit but works with OEM-clutch setup aswell.
Stage 2 – Tuning software + BMP Fat Azz Pipe
Delivers 184 hp on the crankshaft with peak power at 7800rpm.
Recommended to be used with adjusted clutch kit, stock clutch setup might rev too high.
Dyno graphs can be found on www.maptunpowersports.com
Ski-Doo 850 E-TEC TURBO 2020- Stage 1 – Only tuning software.
Our dyno equipment decided to give up during our final testing of the 850 Turbo. Forcing us to work with the data we already collected and start to calculate estimated horsepower. On the other hand, this allowed us to spend even more time on field testing together with our ambassadeurs.
Feedback has been overwhelming about the improved drivability since the stock mid-range sometimes tend to be weak - even weaker than a stock 850 N/A. Our estimated power for Ski-Doo 850 E-TEC Turbo is +20 hp with power peaking at 7800 rpm.
Stage 1 is recommended to be used with an adjusted clutch kit to allow more resistance and maintain boost during the mid-range and peak rpm at it's highest power peak but works decent with stock clutch setup.
Stage 2 is already in development and will be finalized once our new dyno equipment will arrive.
