Apparently nobody does anymore.
The last of mine were sold a year or two ago.
There is a workaround by retrofitting a non-pigtail (available from non-Polaris sources) TPS equivalent. Tricky part is modifying the throttle body to mount the older style TPS.
Or buying a non-pigtail throttle body set from a pre-2003 Polaris Ficht engine. Which will mount the non-pigtail TPS

Hours do not matter much on a twenty year old watercraft.
Current condition and potential repair difficulty and repair costs matter more.
There are several common problems with Polaris Ficht engines.
The EMM could need repair, even though the engine starts and idles. If it needs fuel priming before it will start, that is a clear indication that EMM repair is likely.
The fuel pump pressure regulator will need reinforcing, unless that has already been done. Not a deferrable repair in my opinion, consider it mandatory on all Polaris Ficht models. Even if the fuel pressure measures correct right now.
Low fuel pressure typically will not prevent the engine from free revving on the trailer. But low fuel pressure does risk engine damage if it is run hard in the water.
Incorrect ‘substitute’ spark plugs can cause all sorts of weird problems. Make sure the correct NGK FZR6H spark plugs are installed.
More info can be found at this link.

How much money are you willing to spend getting them into reliable and good running condition?
Assume each needs EMM repair.
Plus the fuel pump regulator reinforcements.
All the original rubber seals are potentially age hardened. The engine has crank seals front and rear. Ficht engines are less sensitive to minor crank seal leaks, but still need the seals to work.
Rebuild the through-hull assemblies as the MSX has steel bearings inside.
Rubber hoses, especially the fuel hoses, may be age hardened. The fuel injector fittings are plastic and probably brittle. Also unavailable new. Be careful with them.
‘And so on through the entire machine. Assume everything needs to at least be inspected, lubricated. And possible serviced/fixed/upgraded.
