Is a fzs 2009 sho. everything is installed! but I think I am to far from the best tune up

Your issue is you need to upgrade to a 160mm liner and impeller.

What is your sustained RPM at wide open throttle? With those mods you should be able to hit 87-88mph at around 8800-8900rpm. If you're only turning around 8500rpm then that explains your speed.
