Xl1200, Gp1200, bearing sizes for your reference.

So am rebuilding a 1200 pv engine.
And these are the bearing sizes which you can purchase
Online or locally without paying alot.
Looking for the parts using yamaha numbers will be harder or more expensive.

They can be also for other engines but I can't confirm
I couldn't find pined ones so I asked my machine shop
    To pin them.
And yes buy Japanese or quality, not xyz.

    6208 x 4 pieces pinned
    6308 x1 piece groved
2307 x1 piece pinned and it should be rollar type.
I paid around 120 for all of them.

The con rod bearing doesn't have a universal number
But I will try to post the measurements.

Did some cross-referencing and here is what I found out for the non-pv 1200 engine crankshaft

Position Amount OEM Replacement, eg Koyo Dimensions
    Center 4 93306-20712 6207 C3 pinned 35x72x17mm
    PTO 1 93306-307U3 6307 NR C3 grooved 35x80x21mm
    MAG 1 93390-000U4 2207 KC3 35x72x23mm
    MAG 1 90387-32M02 H307 inner diam 30mm, length 35mm

thank you , this might help retro waverunner owners .

i would like also to add
crank to rod roller bearing size:
    27x34x20

    piston roller bearing

    22x27x21

edit: while the size was taken to the closest available commercial size , it doesn't fit well !
so for con rod bearing just get the OEM.

I have used non pinned bearings that were supposed to be pinned before as well. I just smeared some case sealant on the clean bearing groove and outer race when assembling the cases. No problemo.
