Used the stock gasket for a template and was measured and then made on a Mazak CNC Mill... I wanted to use the 5 star shape, vs the tailpipe shape with the 3 points and flat top, as the flat top is pointless with out having the temp sensor in it, or (riva 02 housing shape with both sensors). Saved the program so can edit it if need be, or make more. Here is 2 random photos of the process. I am a picture person and take them of everything as I like to see and refence stuff later.

Do all your pipes have spacers with holes between the main pipe abs the jacket pipe?

Can you weight those pipes after is all done. I am curious to know. I would of never used that gauge on stainless pipes. But i want to know what all weights. Without turbo. Thanks

i only used the thick satinless steel pipe for the up pipe that the turbo sets on , the pipe is not heavy at all its stronger than the normal 1mm pipe .

the down pipe is the normal thickness (the one that goes out of hull)
