You can add your location to your profile. Click on My Profile, top right corner of the web site.
The St. Lawrence river is within a day’s driving of your location. Excellent scenery, lots of islands and shoreline, fast flowing water with visible vortexes in some places. One could easily spend a couple of days exploring the region between roughly Cornwall and Wolfe Island.
Some of the ‘touristy’ sites are cool. Bolt Castle, Singer Castle, The Ivy Restaurant. The international border channel between Wellesley and Hill Islands.

We can get to the St Lawrence river from CT via water. LI sound to NY City to Hudson river. Head north then take a left turn in Albany onto Mohawk River. Next stop Lake Ontario to St Lawerence. What could possibly go wrong !
