310 Ultra drive coupler
Hi Everyone
Does anyone know where a billet drive coupler could be acquired?
I have a 2018 Kawi 310 installed into a small boat with a Scott 612 Jet drive. This package has worked awesome for the summer with about 20 hours on it, but just started to vibrate and after inspecting it broke 5 of the 8 fingers off.
I don’t need the engine side, or the dampener, just the 8 cog pump shaft piece.
thanks for any info

I don't understand your question. You just need a replacement drive coupling for the pump side? Lots of online parts suppliers, including this website.
Not sure what you mean by the term 'billet'. Billet is sort of a joke among machinists as it simply means a block of material. Billet aluminum is just a block of aluminum (you would have to specify the alloy).

I would suggest maybe your boat is flexing somewhat causing the alignment to be thrown off and breaking the coupler. We/I run the stock couplers in higher cr turbo skis with well over 20psi and have never had any issues.

Looking for a CNC Machined billet aluminum adapter piece.
below is the stock cast one. It’s correctly aligned, I’m just running the 310 motor coupled to a 2 stage jet
I found a link to a 250/260
just need a 300/310

I'm telling you the issue is the boat/alignment or possibly a broke mount they're not the strongest. I dont think I've ever once heard of anyone breaking a coupler. Because it's in a boat doesn't mean it's making more power etc it just leaves way more variables for alignment to be off at some point. Build a cradle that incorporates all 4 mounts, the through hull bearing carrier and all 4 pump/transom bolts and I guarantee your issue goes away.
Post a picture of your setup
