Blown 15 amp fuse feeding fuse box, melting 30 amp fuse

Can anyone guess what could cause the 15 amp fuse feeding the fuse block to blow? It is an original fuse from 2007. It blew around 1.5 hours of riding and during a 30 second WOT run.
All individual fuses on the fuse block feeding the ecu, cylinders etc are all fine.
The only upgrades on the fuse block circuits are a 340 fuel pump, but its fuse is okay (15 amps). New upgraded 300 ignition coils and those 3x 10 amp ignition fuses are fine as well.
The O2 sensor PLX is running from a separate fuse off the battery and the MaptunerX is running off the diagnostic port.

The 15 amp fuse was blown
The 30 amp main fuse from the voltage regulator was fine (not blown) but shows some heat/melting of the fuse itself though the connectors holding the fuse is fine..

I’d load test the battery first. As voltage drops, amperage increases possibly causing what you’re seeing.

Correct, updated 300 ignition coils, updated fuel pump. Can the new 300 Ignition coils blow a fuse on a 4 tec?

It has a relay. The ecu triggers the relay but the fuel pump has to power through the fuse box. ECU needs to sense a load or it won't fire up the engine. Fuse is 15 amps for the fuel pump, bumped up from 10 amps.
