EXR best mods for racing?

Pls help me from your experience - 2020 exr with riva plate, intake grate, sponsoons. What else to do for best start? top spd is not so important.(riva 12/17 is more for top spd so not a good option)

Kind of sounds like you have everything you can do. see if someone can add an extension to your steering nozzle. what kind of racing? I assume buoys, the solas prop is for higher rpm and more grab, (not saying you will achieve that) but it should be better out of the hole. Ill be working on my EX next year. the 2017 sport slides out like a toy and its fun, but annoying.
A tune and impeller seem like your best options right now. quicker out of the hole is important for racing
