What length bolts do you need?
I have one last set of four long jet pump bolts. They are all 10.5 inches long, end to end.
Polaris used a couple of different length ‘long’ bolts on the extended jet pumps, depending on the pump wedge thickness (and maybe some other factors I have forgotten). Do not assume all ‘long’ jet pump bolts are the same exact length.
I also have one ‘short’ jet pump bolt.

I just noticed there were 3 washers on the end of the bolt, how short are the shorter ones?

I suggest measuring how long the bolts need to be.
Thread the bolt without any washers into the assembled jet pump, with all the pump sections pressed together firmly by hand. Only turn the bolt in a thread or two, then measure how much gap there is between the underside of the bolt head and the metal surface where the bolt head would hold the pump nozzle.
Do this for one upper bolt hole and one lower bolt hole on the jet pump base. Make sure the pump wedge is in place.
From that you can work out how much thread engagement you need into the pump base and how long the bolts need to be.
