    2020 RXT 300 Spark Plugs

Looking at the manual I attached below for the 2020 RXT 300:

Advance Auto has the NGK KR9C-G as part NGK 90893 for $4.49 each

    referenced here:
    https://www.ngk.com/product.aspx?zpid=46673

BRP Website has the plug listed as 296000421

referenced to NGK 93226 KR9E-G Plug

    https://www.ngk.com/product.aspx?zpid=57026

My question is the KR9E-G Plug just a newer version of same the plug? I guess I could just pull a plug out and check but I am not with my ski at the moment.

I have searched a few threads and have not found exact answer and I hope this thread will be able to help others.

'E' is extended tip - 'C' - center tip - you can use either or the older 300 ngk 4339 - I have used all - can't tell any difference. sometimes I think they make new ones to charge more.... nahhh

I've been using the Brisk plugs from the GH store, they don't fowl as often and ski's idle smoother too.

I can't imagine a $20 plug is going to make any difference on a stock ski? The OEM plugs are rated for 100-200 hours. Correct me if I am wrong.

Even on my wife's stock 18 tx, the Brisk plugs have made a difference with idle smoothness.

Gotcha. I've got 150 hours on the 2020RXT and it has no idle problems so I don't think I'd see a benefit
