Agreed. If I could run 94 at 9,000 i'd be as happy as a pig in shit...

Apparently the pre Gen 4 shafts from Riva are crap but they will upgrade my old one of course if I buy it. LOL.

Nothing at Yamaha has been done that actually works to correct any of these issues. So Im basically tired of spending money on crap. I have broke two Riva units. Each time they break of course the entire wheel is junk then...

We were told when the SVHO chargers came out that even with the stock wheel a Riva shaft was a good idea. I don't believe this anymore.

    Other than turbo any advice...

i run the GEN4 Shaft since 30 Hours in my Stage 2 @ 9.000-9.150 rpm in the chop no problems at all...

How many accumulated running hours in that configuration?

How is 9000+ RPM considered to be merely stage 2?

At 94 mph you're running 20 mph over what my stock GPR is running. Not the skis fault.

Stage 2 build at around 2 Hours when the Ski was new and now 37 Hours, first Clutch, riding Ocean and big Choppy lakes and choppy rivers.
Well most people run the Stage 2 at 8800 i run a bit more...
