    How do I get this off?

    I believe there should be a flat on the black piece to loosen up the impeller.

    How do I get this off?

    I donít see from where. Iím trying to pull that black rubber piece off to see if a special tool would fit in its place but I donít think I can get it off without either cutting to damaging it. I appreciate the video link but that just showed how to remove a stock impeller but that obviously has a place from where to wrench.

    you'll need the spline holder tool to lock up the assembly in a vise ( show at how to link above)

    That's not a stock prop as far as I can tell, might be an impros, which uses an internal wrench

    you better have a really good vise by the way.

    any brand name you can see on the prop?..that will help find the correct tool

    I have one of those tools on the way. Itís a Solas Concord. What I canít fire out is how to get runner piece off with cutting it

    those bits will typically unscrew, try some channel locks ( gently ), or ask the vendor exactly what to do. On other PWC impellers the seal is a press fit of an o-ring into a groove.
