    Broken tab on SVHO block.

Anyone have any luck repairing a broken chain guide tab? At one time this block suffered a broken timing chain and it broke that tab to holds the guide in place on the exhaust side of the engine down below the crank nose. Anyone fixed this?

Post a pic. I have welded a GPR block back together and still running today. I posted it somewhere on here.

Was the foot completely gone or just partially? Mine is partially there...about half of it is gone.

About half of mine was gone also. I had no issues running 24 psi turbo boost at 9500 rpm.
