    1050 won't fire has fuel,spark and 150psi

My Polaris 1050 sltx just got a fresh top end compression is 150psi it has spark and fuel but will not fire on any cylinder so could this be an ignition problem even though it has a good spark?

    Welcome.

Does it even try to fire up, or just crank and crank with no exhaust pops?

Are you checking for spark with all spark plugs installed, using a spare spark plug?

Is the spark a bright blue-white or a dim yellowish spark?

Is it possible the flywheel is incorrectly indexed on the crankshaft?

nothing no pops! just cranks with a good battery also

[QUOTE=scotts911e;3100548]nothing no pops! just cranks with a good battery also It has a hot spark with new plugs it doesn't even ignite the fuel in the cylinder when I hold the plug right over the hole, as far as the index goes not sure but #1 at TDC the 0 shows on the flywheel window/hole!

Check the firing order. You may have the ignition coil firing order mismatched to the mechanical engine firing order.

The 900 and 1050 engine can have two different firing orders for the crank. Some are 1-2-3 and some are 1-3-2.

And there are two versions of the three wire ignition coil. The secondary plug wire outputs are arranged differently.

Disconnect all three spark plug wires. Connect just one wire to MAG spark plug. See if engine fires.
If not, disconnect and try the next plug wire on the MAG spark plug. Try starting.
If no fire, connect the remaining wire to the MAG spark plug.

ONE of those trial plug wire connections should fire the MAG cylinder. Get that working, then test again to find the correct plug wire for the CEN cylinder. And so on.

ok I did that test and the first test it backfired then did the same thing on the other 2 plugs the timing is off so now what?
