    Rear exhaust and dedicated intercooler line worries

    Does anyone have a rear exhaust thru hull and a dedicated intercooler line? My two worries....1) hot intercooler pipe near a rubber water hose 2) drilling another (much larger hole) for the exhaust, will it weaken the hull in that area/more prone to cracking?

    Anytime you drill a hole into a PWC your weaken it’s structural integrity to some degree. As far as the intercooler pipe goes, it does not reach temperatures that high that you need to be concerned with.

    Hockey, are you talking about the intercooler pipe from supercharger to intercooler?
    If so my dedicated water line is nowhere close to it. My fuel line is way closer.
    And as far as the rear exhaust goes, by the time the exhaust outlet is bolted down and sealed it’s probably as strong or stronger then before. In my opinion adding the exhaust is a win win. Not only does it sound better it cleans up the Inside rear so you can access battery and hoses much easier
