Changed water pump housing - water pouring out bottom?

I changed the water pump housing in my 08 RXP and it's not holding coolant. All hoses are attached and tight. If I stick my hand down I can feel it pouring out in a pretty steady stream coming from somewhere below Bolt #3 in the diagram (hard to see with the eye). Did I crack the housing while installing? Anything else to try before I pull this thing again?

There is a thin rubber gasket seal around the perimeter of the housing. Did you re-install it? Did you lube it up? You could have pinched it installing the WP.

Well, problem found. I'm thinking since I already have so much of the ski taken apart I may just switch to Open Loop.
