    Seadoo 2004 rxp won’t rev over 7000rpms

My 2004 Seadoo RXP won’t rev past 7000. It pulls hard up to 7000 then stops. So far I have checked fuel flow from the pump, cleaned the injectors, changed spark plugs, changed oil, had the supercharger rebuilt BY pwc muscle, checked the wear ring. Yet still my 04 GTX out runs it on top end. Both the GTX and RXP have less than 30 hours on them. Do y’all have any idea what I should try next?
    Thanks

Checked all the hoses from SC to Throttle Body? I had a boost leak that would peak me around 7500 and it was because when I installed the Fizzle I must have not tightened the clamp on TB and it almost came completely off when I looked. If you have the stock intercooler there is a hose that goes directly from Supercharger to throttle body. If you have external intercooler it would run from Supercharger to intercooler then from intercooler to throttle body. Whichever your situation is I'd check all of those clamps and connection points for proper fitment.

Did it suddenly happen one day or was some work done on it and then it slowed down to the 7000 rpm? There is a adapter cable on the knock sensor that has to be inline with the sensor, if its not, you will only get 7000 rpm.

It was a barn find with only 20 hours on it. I can’t speak to the history but the work we did before starting was clean fuel system, change oil and rebuild super.

Even if the pigtal was missing, it should still rev to 7600-7700

This makes sense to me. Do you have more info on it?
    Thank you!
