Jerry, I feel you are setting us up for something.

Well let's see if you can answer this?
Will reving it on the trailer be a issue in 2021?

I feel like the new skis have a fitting on the waterbox to drain the water

3500 is fine. I saw some guys at the launch this weekend picking their SVHO's up revving them repeatedly full throttle.... hitting the limiter. I walked over and told them, "guys this is not necessary, this will kill your clutch faster than anything"
One guy asked me what the clutch was. I handed him a GreenHulk sticker and told him to read and learn... LOL

I do on my last ride of the year before winter. I ride on the Lake and dont flush after each ride since it isn't salt water.

Mind letting me know if I am doing something wrong?

When we load onto the bunks we gently idle onto the bunks, then apply mild forward power to push the hull the last foot or two up the bunks (Liquid Rollers lubricated) and seat the nose firmly against the winch roller.

Hold the power while I snap the winch strap on, snug the winch and then shut off the engine within a couple of seconds. Two person operation for us, two skis, double trailer.

That mild forward power during loading seems to be enough to push most of the accumulated water outer the waterbox.

If I restart the engine on land (after pulling well away from the ramp) and blip the throttle a couple of times a little more water typically gushes out the exhaust, but not all that much.
