How effective is a Ring Free shock treatment vs manually pulling out fuel injectors?

I suspect I might have partially clogged fuel injectors, how effective is running a fuel additive shock treatment (Yamaha Ring Free) vs the risk (for a novice mechanic) of pulling the fuel injectors and hand cleaning them? Are the results of a shock treatment quickly noticeable or will it take running through the entire tank before you could notice?

IF you think you have a injector problem pull them out and have a injector cleaning service check them for flow, leaking, and correct operation. This is the only way to be sure they are operating correctly. The cleaning and testing fee is usually 15 to 20 dollars each. Most additive cleaners will do very little to help repair injector problems, each injector has a small filter in side that gets replaced when the injector shop services them.
