    Intake Setup

    Hi,

Looking to build an intake setup for a 2020 rxt,

Does anyone know what K n N filters are used typically for marine application, for example, the JPracing ones in the vides

id just order one of the kits, but i think with all the restrictions etc, ordering overseas will cost me too much at the moment

Way i look at it i will need
    • Short piece of 4" ally pipe, ribbed at each end
    • Some clamps
    • Silicon 4" to 3" Reducer 90 degree
    • K n N Marine Pod
    thanks

Some might think it's overkill but I like (and use) the rubber 3 inch to 4 inch velocity stack. It is well made and fits well. Then I go with the 4 inch elbow.

If that's directed @ me, Buzurk, yes it's the 3 inch to 4 inch supercharger adapter.

I didn’t use a sleeve, there was no need for it.

I did the same basic thing and then on the deck i used the Flowrite 2.5" vent, made a ring for the vent and used it to replace the cover. I figured either to let heat out or let air in.. And after all day there was no water in the hull.

I did the same thing but opened the hole in the hull to 3 inches to match the deck. Now I have to make a grab rail so my wife can pull herself out of the water when she falls off. I'm a knuckledragger and I can barely reach the grab rails on the seat.
