2003 xlt1200 jet pump bearings toast! Look at pic. Its so wasted!

I pressed everything out and got new rebuild kit today. Been looking all over for a video or tutorial on where and how much grease ( marine grease and epnoc) but still unclear. Can anyone recommend a video or post that shows exactly what to do? My specific issue is that manual calls for marine grease in bearings if i read it right and epnoc to partially fill void between large spacer and housing. Only have one shot at pressing back together without starting over, so want to make sure no problem in future.

Thanks for this! Also answers my more important question of which side is out on outer oil seal, great pictures.
