Fault code p-0344 after engine rebuild

I made complete engine rebuild. After that I got fault code p-0344 (Camshaft phase missing error). I have checked both CAPS and CPS sensors and they are fine. Also wiring harness seems to be ok.

Do you have any suggestions where to look next? I'm completely out of ideas.

EDIT: forgot to mention model of the ski. It is 2004.

Ok, there are 3 connectors beside the throttle body. Are you sure you connected them correctly because they are easy to mix up. And there is the knock sensor adapter cable there too.

I have double checked connection couple of times but those seems to be right. There aren't many connectors similar to each other. TOPS and OSPS are same kind of connectors but TOPS wire is short and can't reach to OSPS connector. Do you have in your mind pair that can be mix up?
