1 and 3 are a bit low....I would pull the carbs off for inspection.

Thanks for the input... these were cold numbers on dry cylinders.

I did notice after we did the tygon fuel lines there seemed to be quite a bit of air in the lines. We used oetiker clamps throughout the build, except where the lines meet the sending unit.... I couldn't get a clamp on the barb on the pickups.

Also, when I pulled the plugs the outers were brownish and the center was wet.

When I've changed oil lines, I always fill the new hoses with oil. I have a dental syringe for shooting water at your teeth and gums. It's perfect for filling with 2-stroke oil and filling the hoses. Once I'm done with the hose installation, I always start the ski and dribble a little oil in the carbs until I'm 100% sure that oil is coming out of the oil injection ports.

Good move using the Oetiker clamps.

Just for grins, maybe take another compression reading?

I was just told that the air in the lines could be messing with my pop-off pressure causing my issues.

Wait a second! You were talking about fuel lines! Bubbles in fuel lines is not a good thing. You've got an air leak and you need to find it.

Yes, we dual fed the carbs and now are getting air in the lines. I will have to check my connections. I think it may be the sump side of the pickups, I had a hard time getting the lines on the barbs.
