    Be very careful removing the screws. Since it is a salt water ski they may be stuck. Use a proper fitting screw driver and if that doesn't work you might need an impact screw driver. Hopefully that won't be the case but it might be.

    Valve lapping compound does wonders on partially stripped screws

    Took # 3 valve and filter out. There was build up on the carb wall on one side.Click image for larger version.

    Both plates of the fuel pump had build up. Cleaned with a bit of red scotch brite and put a thin coat of o ring lube on the metal surfaces before reinstallation.

    Looks like your issue all that green goop is ethonal.


    Pull screens of needle and seat soak everything in seafoam

    I did. Everything was out and cleaned and the engine parts are on the way. I just need to flush the rails. Can you buy just the o rings for these jets?
