Hey guys,
I´ve now managed to change the stator but needed to remove the engine twice because i had removed the gasket from the alternator housing and replaced it with silicon gasket. Through this mistake the starter was not running free...
I´ve now put it back together, but it won´t start. I´ve measured the tension at the injectors and it never achieved 45V. I´ve allready checked and changed the cable colours like mentioned in the post about the miswired stators. I´ve checked the tension on every phase of the plug, it´s ok and even higher (9V/5,5V). But the resistance between 1 and 12 and 2 and 11 is about 0,8 Ohm. Is it possible that the new alternator is allready done?
Has anybody an idea what to check before i burn down this moth*******
best regards
Hendrik

If the stator voltages are checking OK, then what voltage are you seeing on the white/red wire when cranking? (This can be more accessible if probed at the diagnostic plug rather than at the injectors). It should be 18-20VDC when cranking, and steady.
