There was a product like this, that was offered sometime ago and then became unavailable.

Nice unit, Any idea if the original RD watercooled housing can be machined to fit an SVHO wheel?

Would be nice if they made a drop in shaft in RDs absence.

Interested in some data from this. +1psi, is that from the velocity stack style front? Difference vs the velocity stack with the CAI kit. And second the IAT's vs. Stock housing on a hot engine. Some good data might drive the want for one of these.

There is nothing that is going to bring the charge temp down better than a good aftermarket inter cooler, like from Fizzle or other manufacturers. No one has ever said anything great about this water cooled housing before that I recall.

I knew I had seen something like this a while ago...I think R&D made it if I remember correctly.

It was not a popular mod, I never seen one used on a ski. I do remember them to be very expensive to buy.

Looks like you can’t use an air intake with this housing ? Is there enough fuel in the box maptuner tunes to support the 1psi claim?

I would get one of these if it bolted up to my SHO.

With an aftermarket intercooler, I also wonder if the performance benefit of the watercooling feature on the housing would be negated.

As far as the maptuner tunes, I don't think they would need to be rewritten for the svho engines? No changes to the tunes were needed for the ribbon deletes or IMUK upgrades which also claim +1 lb boost.
