Washer Thickness
What thickness are Jerry washers. Rotax racing are 2.10 2.42 on old charger BEFOE BEARING went with new R R wheel. Slip was at 118 inch lbs .The new charger slip was 250 inch lbs . Mark cut the L RING down to get slip at 118 inch lbs. Now to get the Sportster back to 63 mph again .I have to by a green wheel or rotax which wheel is bether THANKS GORD

The L ring shouldn't have been cut down. After 30 minutes run time the slip would have dropped to 120 in lbs.
The Green Charger is slightly better than the RR SC impeller and is $100 cheaper.

The shaft was short by 1.5mm where the spring washer go . The clutch washer had 15hrs on them.when the next shinppnet of green charges coming in thanks gord
