Price sound fair?
I found a 1996 kawasaki TS 650 for $800. The body is solid but does not look real nice. It has some dings, some missing mouldings and it is faded. The motor seems good though. It fires right up, sounds good and the compression on each cylinder is 150psi. Does this price sound about right? Also, when i turn the handle bars to the left and let go, it seems to pop back to the center, almost like there is a spring doing it. Is this normal? Any advice would be great. I am taking it out for a ride tomorrow. Thanks
