new to this forum, but based on my recent interaction many will ask you for exact numbers in terms of compression. Since you say it still runs well I would start by checking the condition the plugs. Also...how many hours?

Do not run it until you determine what the problem is! Running it with a marginal cylinder will only make it worse, and will very likely damage the piston, which will break and pieces will get pushed to the bottom of the crankcase, where the rod will push them out the bottom of the crankcase, breaking the rod and destroying the case.

Get an inspection camera and look inside the spark plug hole and see what's going on, then fix it.

Front cylinder is about 50 psi middle and back cylinders are at 120. Ski has 177 hours according to the digital screen that still works. The front plug had debris on it if that helps. But yes it runs good. Im confused

thinking bout just selling it as is. Still runs gojd, jusg needs someone who has the time and knowledge to pull it apart and repair the top end. The ski is in mint condition. Stock everything other than hydro turf grip and a neoprene seat cover which needs a new one. Hull is in great shape, psint looks great, lcd still works, no water leaks, probably ly havd only put 25 hours on it in the past ten years.
