Angry 1996 Polaris SL 780 replaced stator and cdi

so I got a 96 Polaris SL 780 for $100 when I got it nothing worked it would not crank nothing the wires had fried from the electrical box to the stator so I proceeded to replace the stator and cdi and not it cranks and I have spark all 3 cylinders spark but only one fires on start up. I took everything back apart and retimed the stator and put everything back together. I tried to start it and big difference with a little throttle it started and idled for about 2 minutes then died like it did before now I am having the same problem sparks in all 3 cylinders but only fires in one on the start up but now I can't get it to start at all even with a small amount of throttle. I need help figuring out what is wrong with this PWC

    Welcome to the Hulk.

Where did you get the stator and CDI from?

We're seeing some aftermarket elec components aren't working.

I had the same issue with a 95 750 slt, after weeks of Trying new aftermarket parts it came down to an OEM stator and an OEM cdi. Only!
