Added 2 switches to the gauges cluster console for bilge pump and nav lights. Mounted bilge pump, water discharge port, and navigation lights and also installed refurbished gauges along with the rest of the front end. Finishing up controls next then will install trim panels. The work on the gauges came out great

Those handlebars and gauge cluster came out great. The entire ski is looking awesome! What are you doing for a fuel gauge? Mine is shot and I am not sure if it is worth buying a working used version. I feel like it’s just going to fail again. Also, what are you thoughts on either adding trim or a pump wedge?

Please put a bar pad on the steering stem, not running one is a quick way to eat your teeth.
As far as fuel gauge, I installed a hardin marine autocal sending unit and ran an autometer gauge on my 15f.

Working on the engine now. Replaced crank bearing with upgraded unit and all front gaskets and seals. Also upgraded the bearing cooler with threaded brass barbs instead of the cast-in ones. Cut my finger quite badly on the head gasket while cleaning up the cylinders so will have to wait a few days before resuming.

Ski is done! Valves adjusted, all electrical and plumbing finished. Runs very well on the hose with no leaks (had to add some plumbers tape to the groco strainer fittings but other than that it was leak free). Will need to order a new idle control valve but set the idle manually and calibrated the tps. Will be heading out to the water tomorrow and hope all goes well.

Ski runs perfect and I can also comment that the bedlined keel is working just fine with no ill effect. I do have the typical hot restart problem that I’m addressing now. Waiting for Sean’s feedback on updating to the new temp sensors.
