More air flow
Is there any way to increase the air flow into my GP1200R.

There are pieces of black plastic under the cowlings right above the decals at the front of the ski. Use a dremel tool (or tool of choice) and cut that plastic out. This will allow more air to get to the black intake tubes under the cowling.
Also, cut holes in the storage bin hatch. Not the visor, but the actual hatch that locks. Then cut some holes in the storage bin.
If you want to move hot air out of the ski put some flowrites in the rear of the seat.

Also if you take the bucket out make sure not to put anything up front thinking it will stay there because it wont. I had my rope work its way back and get under the shaft cover and made a nice little mess in there for me as it spun and grabed hoses before it locked the engine. Man that crap was wound tight.

I just drilled holes. across the top of the bucket that way I can still use the bucket. I don't like the slop/play when the bucket is removed

The IC is the place to start. You can pull the inlet hose to the throttle...
