Wil a svho cooler take a dedicated water line ?

Hi Im removing a riva intercooler and fitting a svho cooler . Will I be able to keep the dedicated water line with the through hull fitting or is it best to put the original pipe work back on ?

My ski is a 2006 fxho 160 with Sho running gear . It was running stage 3 until the head cracked so I went back stock to sell most parts to pay for repairs . I’ve only got intercooler and ecu left to put back stock

It was over a year ago when the head cracked and it’s been back on water for over a year but I’ve just managed to pick a svho intercooler up cheap only reason I’m putting standard intercooler on

I run a dedicated line to mine, and it seemed to improve power a touch.

since the svho intercooler is slightly bigger, is it a nightmare to fit it in or you need to remove some parts?

Its a direct fit, no issues with replacing a SHO with the SVHO intercooler. Same mounts and piping sizes, only visible chage is the 2 water outlets on top instead of one. You can "Y" them together if you don't want to drill and add a second outlet line on hull.
