    2007 250x only turning 3300 RPM

    Just put Ski in water and was hoping I had issues from last year FIXED. Not the case. Ran even worse today.
    Last season had Kawi perfomance go thru SC and upgraded the pump. I could get 45 or so mph with Boost of 10lbs and 6200 rpms. Just changed oil and fuel filter and now only getting 5 mph with 4lbs boost and 3300 rpms. Battery alarm was flashing. Could weak battery be the cause?? Ty for any responses.

    Check spark? Maybe cylinder isn't firing

    New plugs less than 2 hours on them. Tried blocking BOV off. No different.

    Fuel pressure gauge fluctuating a lot when idling and at wot. Thinking fuel pump maybe bad. Only 25-30 psi at wot. What's best test? Primer test or 3 second test? Ty

    Maybe someone has seen post that knows the fuel system much better than I do.
    Cleaned pumped put back in and did 3 second prome test and got 140ml of fuel on multiple times. Pressure gauge at 38psi soon as pump stops
    Would this be a problem? Can not get full power out of ski. Ty

    I have a 2007 250x factory service manual.Here's the troubleshooting pages for you problem. Might help you narrow it down.

    Manual says 67ml or more for 3 seconds. Pressure should be 43

    TY Turbo Dave. Yes I have the manuel and know I'm a little low on numbers. Wondering how much effect it will have. Ordered another pump. Hoping that's the problem.

    Thats what I would do first to. Get the fuel pressure and volume consistent and go from there.

    So I need to take top off pump to get to silver fuel filter and spray it with carb cleaner. Click image for larger version.
