Along with learning to always be at full trim I would say that’s correct.

we test rode the 2019 fx svho and i noticed the same thing, constantly getting splashed in the face was very annoying.

What splash Deflector did you use?

I can't remember since I put it on my 2009 FZS. My guess is that it was a HydroTurf or Jettrim product.

I am going to make one/adapt one for my 2019. If a vendor comes out with a good one they will sell. It can be a very wet ride at times.

This sucks to hear as I like to ride in fall when the water is cooler, I don’t remember my 2012 fx ho splashing unless the wind was really blowing.

Do the VX/Gp models splash the same?

The 19+ fx is a wet ski. With that being said, I really notice it when in crazy chop typically in an inlet on a busy day or taking sharper turns especially since I upgraded to riva sponsons. Would it change my mind from buying the fx all over again??, probably not. I would recommend a ride plate and trim to the top but your still going to get splashed here and there.

I test rode a 2019 FXSVHO after stepping off our 2019 Seadoo RXTX300 and the first thing that I notice was the amount of splashing.

I think it was worse then our GP1800.

One of the main reasons, (but not the only one) we got rid of our '17 FX SVHO and went back to Seadoo. In cooler winter months we can wear street clothes and go for a cruise...
