    2008 RXP Ceramic Washer

hey guys , last year I was riding hitting 70mph top speed no issues and then of course all of a sudden I dropped to 50 on my way back home , I never knew what the issue was and had my super charger pulled by a mechanic friend of mine . Still wasn’t sure what to look for . But after re-searching and reading on here . I am missing the ceramic washer . I never rode my seadoo after this had happened , I would only say I maybe put a total 1 hour time TOPS maybe less after this occurred . Do you think I could still have the time to start digging into the engine for the Broken parts ??

That's a bummer, now before we start making assumptions. Can you post pics of the sc and sc shaft. Pictures are worth a million words on forums, especially when trying to assist in troubleshooting.

Okay, its been pulled off. Look to see if the washers are missing. There are 2 x and are located opposite sides of the toothed gear.

That ski should not have ceramic washers, unless you put some in.

Drop the oil and pull the filters... If there is metal fragments in the oil then its safe to assume the worst...
