650 dry pipe conversion
ok i just got the dry pipe in and i just want to confirm: large supply hose from pump that went to the back on the stock pipe now goes to the large inlet fitting near the exhaust outlet? and then can that stinger on top be ported as a pisser or does it need to go somewhere else?

oh boy
well here is my update. completely stock 94 sl 750- put on vortec F/A's ran like crap- adjusted mixing screws ran great. put on R&D intake grate and 12/17 impeller ran bad- put old impeller back on ran good/great.
6100 rpm 51 mph. (not bad at all) imo. OK yesterday installed 650 dry pipe and 97 pro CDI with yellow and black wire cut. that was the only change from previous. ran and here are the #'s 49-5100 rpm 47-48 mph fairly sluggish out of the hole and no top end. i know what you are thinking: put the impeller back on, i will do that today.
QUESTION: shouldn't the CDI give me more rpm regardless of impeller?
ADVICE: please help me guys.
i want to post on the success story section by p nut. this ski has been a fairly controlled conversion so i think in the end my pain may be helpful to others.
SIDE NOTE: beer i plumbed that upper discharge hose off of the dry pipe
