    Supercharger Bearing Failure? 2016 RXT-X

Took my friends machine out after oil change and service. Was running great for about an hour, then wouldn't rev past 5000 without serious bucking.

New charger on a new motor. I think it has close to 50 hours on it.

    Checked the oil, clean.

    Bearings? Or other?

    No codes

    What does 'bucking' mean?

    No codes on the dash.

Sorry, I should have clarified, the motor and super charger were replaced, and since then have around 45 hours on them.

I guess bucking isn't the right word, but the whole motor starts shaking, very rough, almost sounds like something is holding it back.

I am fairly mechanically new, how do I check? After some quick searches in the forums it might be out of my capacity at the moment. I have read some threads saying the slip may need to be adjusted, that gives hope.

Doesn't hurt to check but doubt its a slip issue. They don't make boost until 6-6500 rpm. Spark plug or coil maybe??

Just checked the spring service worksheet:

    Battery: OK
    Replaced Spark Plugs
    Compression: 150, 150, 152
    Oil Change and filter
Temp sensor fault active, sensor unplugged, reconnected, fault cleared, no return
    Impeller and wear ring good
    Cooling system flushed
    Grease all fittings

Its not a SC bearing failure, you would have seen damage to the impeller.
