One of the main reasons of getting a aftermarket Ic is because of how restrictive the stock ic is.

I'm assuming it works good but don't know for sure yet since I have the 15/19R bogging down my top speed. Accel is great though

LOL $2500 is not bad. He was wondering why it was only going 3/4 throttle then bogging. Ed warned us that it ran weird when first starting up but then went back to normal later. Turns out his compression was slowly dropping to nothing.

if you take your stock intercooler and blow (with your mouth) down the water pipes there are no restrictions, take the external intercooler and you can feel the restriction, because the core tubes are smaller than stock, i'm going back to stock, or i may enlarge the pump washer to increase the water flow, so my waterbox won't be starved again

Thats great and all but thats not what the air flows through and airflow is where it mainly counts. There actually needs to be some "slight" restriction there to slow the air down enough so it can be cooled. We are all taking about the restrictivness of the airflow NOT waterflow. Yes the aftermarket Ic's are more waterflow restrictive, but think about how much bigger the core is.
