You wouldn’t have another fzr nozzle laying around you’d be willing to sell? I’d love to try one on my vxr.

Unfortunately not that I want to sell. I generally like to keep parts I may need one day. What I will do is try and locate one for you. I will either forward you a link for a used one via messeges here, or shoot you a phone number to someone who has one they want to sell. Keith

For those interested "how" I have Sea-Doo X bars on this ski, here is a thread I created to show the details.

70 plus today in good air...same setup. According to Yamaha, the the factory limiter is at 7898. Tach indicated 7900 max. I only made a couple of runs, being it was all it was going to go with the stock ecu. I wanted to post this to show just how restricted the stock intakes are, and what they're capable of turning...even with a Solas 13/19 and 83mm. Which is a big jump from a stock 87mm nozzle on a normally aspirated motor..

I have a pair of 18's, Gp and VXR. Theres noting like digging into the GP, but the VXR is a great ski and I ride it just as much.

Are you running the stock intake grate?

I absolutely love what you did with this ski. I can’t wait to start tweaking mine. I’ve always been a little disappointed with its top end speed. These changes may be the ticket.

What’s your elevation where you are running these speeds? I’m on Lake Michigan a lot which is at 580 feet and the other place I run is at around 1600 feet. So I’m not expecting the same numbers you are getting. But if I can get to 67-68 I’d be thrilled.

I can honestly say I REALLY enjoy this ski. I haven't had it long, but by far my favorite ski so far.

I'm still running the stock grate, just trued to the transom tunnel inlet. Copied and pasted from Google... "Slidell is located at 30°16′45″N 89°46′40″W (30.279040, -89.777744) and has an elevation of 13 feet (4.0 m). It is in southeastern St. Tammany Parish, located approximately 3 miles (5 km) north of Lake Pontchartrain."
