The smaller the nozzle, the more it limits cavitation from loading the pump more. Not only that, it recovers faster in less than ideal water conditions from the pump being loaded.

Thank you...I'm pleased with the results considering how little has been done to it.

I'm glad I got one as well. The first day I took it out I was so discouraged. My daughter never really knew the difference, and was content. As seen in my posts, I spent a lot of time in the garage and she probably thought I was crazy.... UNTIL she rode it afterwards. We were cruising about 30 and I said stab it.. her exact word was "GEEZUM" and she let off. After a couple of minutes, now she just holds it wide open. Lol. She now understands, and appreciates, why I dedicated the time and effort into it.

FZR SVHO jet pump exit nozzle is different than FZR SHO exit nozzle, correct?

Yes...the FZ SVHO is an 8 vane 3 degree 85mm. The SHO FZR/S nozzle is the 6 vane 5 degree 83mm.

We have a cool front moving though tonight, and with me having a "non essential" business and them shutting us down with the coronavirus, I figured I'd prepare for shooting for 70 plus on a stock ecu....from being bored and not able to go to work. I wanted to install a tach just because, as well as install a set of bars. I never liked the stock GP and VX steering setup. I had made a set of RXPX bars adapt to my GP, so I robbed them off it today. I'll replace them with the Riva setup later. I'm hoping to have some speed numbers tomorrow. This is just a ski for cruising with my family, but with everything going on I figured I'd dedicate some time to it. I REALLY like this ski.

A few pics of the bars. All the harnesses were de pinned and ran through the middle of the stem to hide the wires.
