    Its a very critical part of the engine.. It does spin very fast.. You want at least a new BALANCED supercharger wheel.. I would replace the cover as well, its not much more money for it.

    Send it to Jerry, he knows his stuff and it will be done right with the right parts. If he feels it needs a new wheel or housing upon inspection, I know he would advise you.

    Wouldn't hurt to flush out the air side of your intercooler also. I had same issue on my 08px. Dawn dish soap works wonders.. Had quite a bit of aluminum powder stuck to normal intercooler residue in mine.

    why is no one pointing out the fact that that rear cover is the wrong size for that wheel? Doesnt anyone see the silver machining thats waaaayyyy offf

    looks like a 215 wheel inside a 140 housing

    Run the wheel, you guys would shit your pants if you saw the crap I ran last year racing on my backup charger. That's a light touchdown at best, it scuffed the anodizing, once that wheel heats up it will be right back to full boost and what's going on here has zero affect on the balance of the charger. It definitely needs a rebuild and if you're anal about your stuff change the front cover for like 100$.. if you think it's junk send it to me for free I need a back up back up 137 wheel
