Does anyone know where I can get hold of the workshop and owners manual for the ski?

The various bearings used - If I use the part numbers found in these manuals, would I be able to get the spec for them should I need to use a local supplier?

Iíd like a digital version of these manuals if at all possible...

Ok so my plan to work on the hull:

I plan on sliding the ski on to some tyres with a blanket covering the tyres - Then my idea is to turn the ski on itís side so the hull faces me and I can work on most of the hull.

For work on the far sides it can be on the trailer.

    1. Do you guys think that when the ski is on itís side for a day it would cause problems?

    2. Do you think the gelcoat will hold when working on the hull on itís side (Ie not upside down which would be preferred)

Pulling the engine out is definitely not an option at this stage.

    Also - Gunwale bumper Rivets:

The rivets that hold the Gunwale Sides in place - I assume you just use a blade to remove the rubber caps and then drill the rivets out? Replace with standard SS rivets? Are they blind rivets?

Correct on the rivets. They are not blind. You should be able to see/feel the back side in the lip of the gunwales.

I would consider keeping most of your posts in this thread. Keeps things less cluttered and all in one place.

    To answer your other threads.

You are probably going to have to contact the parts suppliers yourselves to see what they actually have in stock. We all pretty much see the same you see on the sites and won't know what is available and what isn't.

I'm no help on the decal front. Maybe someone will have something for that.

Good news on your engine running strong. Keep in mind, don't run the flushing hose when the motor isn't running. Can flood the cylinders with water doing that. Also, I wouldn't recommend honing the pump liner. I would just replace it with new...those should be readily available albeit pricey...
