Best upgrades for 2019 Rxp 300??

Started to search around for the best upgrades to my ski, while still keeping it as reliable as possible. Looked into the riva stage 2 kit but don't really know if I should buy the kit or just go off and buy all the modes separate. Please any input would be greatly appreciated.

If your looking at stage 2 I would just get the map tuner, Fab up a rear intake, and repitch your stock prop. Save money and get better results

Iíll cut to the chase and wonít sugar coat it for you , any vendor that docent sell via the greenhulk store is not supporting the free forum , this is how the site admin keeps this site free and open to all , I am sure it could be a good tune at a fraction of the price but then again you might not get a response , nothing against you just clearing the water as Iíve seen a few post from diff people asking about tunes from others and expect a response and get almost none, Vtech and Jesus are always there to answer all questions in a timely and professional manner , not saying other wonít but thatís just it .

I’ve had a few RXP and found myself asking the same and not wanting to risk much in reliability, warranty or mods that have some unreliability. That said, the standard for me was Riva Pro Sponsons (must), SCOM (cheapest and easiest gain), oil catch can and intercooler strainer, and either the free flow exhaust or thru hull. I did the thru hull on my 2016 RXP 300 and will do it again on my ‘19 T-300. I steered away from props and intake only because (and this is me) of issues of exploding props (fear-based I’m sure) and RPMs with intake that may lead to additional mods that may exceed your original intent (and wallet). Those mods I listed will still get you hard acceleration, 74-75 mph all day, and you will be noticed with the sound...in a good way.

    Enjoy!

I spoke with them a few times and seemed knowledgeable. They do own a dyno that Riva owned in the past, they purchased it at an auction, that's what Racelab told me.... They reply to emails asap and appear to have honest answers. I did have a bad experience trying to tune a 2007 Siemens ecu with Riva. Racelab did rewire and replaced a 2007 siemens ecu with a 2008 bosch ECU so they would be able to tune it.. Instead of trying numerous failed tuning attempts as my experience.

I cant speak about other companies tunes and their customer service and knowledge base, on Riva's. I have had 5 various incarnations of my ski over the years. Everytime Jesus at riva was able to write me a custom tune within 5 logging session's. Everytime, super quick response and amazing performance and at no extra expense to the purchase of original tuning license.
This was stock cam, 142 charger, '16 PX 300, not too shabby for one of those "slow Riva tunes" Click image for larger version.
