This is the new carbon seal kit sold by BRP for an older Seadoo. I am installing this kit on my have a 2003 GTX 185 Limited. Has anyone installed this kit on their rides? The ID on the carbon seal is almost 1/2” larger than my dive shaft which has me a little concerned. The has a much larger circumference, but ID will fit the shaft. I was told by a BRP distributor that the ID on the carbon ring doesn’t matter on the seal and should work just fine. Just checking to see if anyone has use this particular kit on their ski. Thanks!
