Hate to disappoint but they can all crack.Just like the clutch problem there is no definitive fix just preventatives.Sometimes it can just be a bad casting but most of the time its just luck of the draw same as with the clutches.Guys with alot of power have heads, clutches, and chargers go out almost regularly.Best way to keep it from happening prematurely leave is to leave it stock and even then sometimes you can kill a head

What water temps do you run in and what octane fuel are you using? A properly tuned and cooled motor should not crack the head at the Stage 1 level.

Did you use head studs when your replaced the head?

What did you torque the studs too? And did you use the ARP fastener lube on the both sides of the washer and stud threads?

With regards to heads cracking and people with experiance with them. I Just have a question. Are the Core plugs screwed into the head between the sparkplug holes Steel or Aluminum?
If the are steel, real easy to tell with a magnet, That may be the cause of heads cracking.
Back in the day, a 16 valve head (aluminum) made by Lotus, has similar cracking issues, turns out they put steel core plug screws in the head and they expanded at different rates than the aluminum casting, causing head stress and cracking over time.
This caused oil and coolant mxing, oil leaks, collant leaks etc.

May be worth a look and see. and if steel, someone should manufacture some aluminum ones to stop the head stress.
