    how to clean 300hp supercharger?

im installing a catch can after seeing the mess on the impeller blades of the supercharger for my rxpx 300.

supposedly the 300 supercharger isn't serviceable.

any advice on how to clean it?

What kind of mess are we talking? Oil is fine. It will keep it lubricated...SeaDoo saying the supercharger is "non serviceable" is their way of saying they don't offer a rebuild kit for it.

the mess is just oil and the dirt that sticks to oil.

at 50k rpm, i would imagine any dirt could effect the rotating balance?
wouldnt dirty impeller blades move air less efficiently?
the oil also reduces intercooler efficiency i hear

should it try to clean supercharger out with degreaser?

i would def spray the throttle body intake with lubricant on schedule once catch can is installed

Would just clean it with brake cleaner and blow it out with compressed air. But of your seeing a noticeable amount of oil in the intake I would pull the intercooler and clean it

do i take the supercharger apart? and risk ruining the gasket that i cant replacement. or just spray brake cleaner in there and let it sit, then wash it out with the hose?

as for the intercooler, ive put some degreaser inside the intercooler, and washed it out with the hose.

No don’t need to pull the supercharger. And be careful of the degreaser most are harmful to aluminum
